Novatec B2 SRAM XD Driver 3 Pawl Light Steel

This Novatec XD DRIVER fits Novatec 8/9/10 speed or 10/11 speed hubs that use either B1-Type or B2-Type freehubs.

It allows you to use Sram 11/12 speed cassettes on Novatec hubs. It works with quick-release or thru-axle hubs. It comes with 3-pawls but is completely cross-compatible with hubs that had 4 pawl freehubs.
