      Here is a wild spirit here in the southern Appalachian mountains, from the dense rhodo and laurel forest, to the rushing rivers, and fog covered valleys. This is the same spirit that inspired the bootleggers and moonshine runners to soup up old cars, and illegally run shine from the law through the dirt roads that litter this landscape.       Our Bake Pedals (yes…as in Shake and Bake!), were designed as a no-nonsense, durable, pedal with tons of grip. We wanted to keep things simple and ensure you stayed connect to the pedal as much as possible while riding through the various terrain in our back yard.

      All of the wheels are laced with double-butted spokes and come with our signature 601/602 hubs. The hubs have 120 points / 3 degrees of engagement, 6-bolt Disc tabs, 32h spoke holes, options of Boost, Non-Boost, and Super-Boost, as well as options of Sram XD, Shimano HG, and Shimano MS drivers.
